version of our order form How can I get the QUANTITY DISCOUNT on ONE 'PREVIEW' COPY?
Option 2: If you're thinking about ordering many copies of the same program, but want to preview and are short on time... go ahead and order many to get the qty discount. THEN, if you decide you need to send one or more copies back, you can and we will adjust your invoice/creditcard charge to reflect what you kept. Just don't use this offer as permission not to thoroughly read the descriptions or tech specs! Returns within 14 days are only out the original shipping cost. 15-30 days for exchange. Refund/exchange policy: Received back within 2 weeks for refund. 15 to 60 days for exchange. We simply ask that you not order blindly. Read the full description and tech specs. Refund/exchange does not include cost of original or exchange shipping
How can I get a BETTER Quantity Discount? We routinely say “yes” to established customers requesting an additional discount on orders over $400. Option 1: Ask. Regular customers who order over $400 on one invoice with a check can get free shipping if they ask and are feeling poor. This offer doesn't apply express orders or credit card orders (which cost us a bit of money to process). And it doesn't apply to orders under $400, not even if you're close! Option 2: Tell Neil a good story. We routinely give an additional discount to established customers whose church has burnt down, software has “walked off,” or they’ve been hit by a flood. Option 3 for Gigantic Labs: We sometimes ‘craft’ a next level qty discount for mega-labs who are good customers. Ask. Option 4: Read our email newsletter for sales info. Sale prices almost always apply to the quantity prices as well ...and I often tell you ahead of time what's going on sale. Pays to read! Option 5: Order Online. Prices in our print catalog are sometimes higher due to being out-of-date (or us getting soft and lowering them online). Clip our "Coupons"
How to Save Money Flat-Out Way 1: Talk to Neil about your software/story needs. Email Neil@sundaysoftware.com your 'scope & sequence' for the next year. Often, when we look down the road at all your software needs, age ranges, etc, we can figure out how to save some money over the long haul, and be able to take advantage of sales. Way 2: Keep your seasonal attendance in mind. During low attendance periods, you can often turn off a computer and not need as many copies of some CDs. Way 3: Change your Story Schedule to take advantage of stories found on the CDs you own or are ordering. In other words, use all of what you're buying, not just some of it. Way 4: RE-TEACH with software. Kids don't mind going through Exodus Adventures of Galilee Flyer CDs two or three times! They're fun. And widen the age range using your lab. Sometimes it's better to re-use fun programs like these which cover MAJOR stories, rather than buy new software to cover a 'minor' story being dictated by your curriculum. Way 5: Teach in a boring way. That will eventually reduce the size of your Sunday School. ;-) For more budget stretching tips... go to www.sundaysoftware.com/stretching.htm How to AVOID overpaying on Express Shipping… Way 1: Order early so you don’t need express. In August, order-to-arrival time is about 6 to 9 days. ((Then figure you need 2 days to open your mail. 2 days to get your volunteer to come in and pick up the software. 5 days for them to look at it. 2 days for them to tell you to order more. 1 day for you to order more.)) Way 2: Don’t order only one CD express. The minimum express charge for 1 CD is $21. 2 to 4 CDs ordered at the same time will cost just $24 to express. Whereas…ordering those four or more extra CDs on a later invoice will cost you $7.50 and up in shipping. How can I BUY NOW, and PAY “MUCH” LATER? If you are a good established customer who needs to get software NOW, but pay for it 60 to 90 days later, just ask. Church budgets and treasurers drive me nuts too. We have changed our policy to require creditcard payments on 99% of orders, but... if you're a long-time customer, we can make you one of the 1% for one order. Some churches do this at the end of the year when they need to order software in December for use in January, but also need to have it INVOICED in the coming year's budget as well.
How to Blow $1000 of
God’s Money Option 1: Buy one more computer than you really need, and buy the extra software for the next 3 years to run on it. (Moral of the Story: Control Your Lab Size and student-to-computer ratios.) Option 2: Buy $1000 worth of computers and software, but don’t buy the $18 “how-to” book, “Teaching with Computers in Christian Education.” Option 3: Send me $1000, preferably cash. How not to blow a gasket about "the cost of software"
