Sunday Software's Payment, Shipping & Handling Notes

Payment by Credit Card is now required at the time you order.

As of July 2008, all orders must now be paid with a credit card at the time of ordering. This is being done to reduce the expense, time and trouble of getting churches to pay their invoices. 90% of our customers already use their credit card to pay for orders, we do not think this is a particular hardship for the other 9.9% here in the 21st Century.

If you have received permission from us to "pay by invoice" you may select that option on our order form. However, please note.... this only applies to arrangements you have made with us AFTER July 1, 2008.  All previous requests for invoices are no longer in force and must be renewed by special arrangement only.

In step 2 of our online order form process, you'll see your item summary, shipping and payment options. We ship via US Postal Service 1st class mail and Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail.  Shipping time is not guaranteed.

Our Regular U.S. and Canadian shipping charges:

If Subtotal = $1-$50 then shipping = $5.75
$51-$100 =
$8.50
$101-$150 =
$9.75
$151-$300 = $11.50
Over $300 = $14

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (outside the US and Canada)

Additional airmail charges and delivery confirmation charges will most likely be added to your invoice depending on WEIGHT and country. Overseas orders MUST have a valid email address so that we can confirm shipping details to you. We do not ship Express overseas. Generally, we ship regular airmail to keep international postage cost low.

EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES for the US and Canada:

* If you select "Express Shipping" above, and your item is in stock, it will normally be shipped next business day via US Express Mail. During busy times of the year, it may be shipped the second day. The Post Office can take up to 48 hours to deliver express packages to some locations it considers rural, and up to 72 hours to Canada. Express orders placed on a Friday may not arrive on Saturday.

We recommend using a home address when ordering Express late in the week.

When you order several items Express, but one or more are backordered, the backorder will be shipped at our regular rate at your cost when they come in stock. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please read our Express & International Shipping Notes for additional details.

SHIPPING TIMES:

In-stock items ship normally within 2 to 3 business days. Transit time is usually 2 to 3 days in the continental US. Mail into Canada can take 4 to 12 days depending on customs and your location. Some outposts in Canada have been known to take up to 18 days. We ship via U.S. Mail. Our email reply to your order will give you an estimated time of arrival. Backordered items on non-express orders are shipped no-charge. Returned software shipping charges are almost always non-refundable. Read our return policy here.

To help us serve you better, please include a "need by" date in the Special Instructions field of the online order form if you know the lesson date you need the software for. We recommend you select Express Shipping if your "need by" date is within 4 business days.

Late August and early September is our busiest time of the year. It can take up to 10 days from the time you order to the date of delivery. Even Express orders during busy times of the year can take an extra day or two to process.
