IMPORTANT:
Express Mail in
N. America is usually sent "no
signature required".
If you live in a location where packages "disappear,"
please request "IN PERSON DELIVERY ONLY" in the special
instructions field on the order form.
Otherwise, our obligation to the package ends with
the USPS' confirmed delivery to your doorstep.
Express Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska,
Canada,
and some outlying
islands and some distant locations in Canada ARE
POSSIBLE and may incur
additional express costs as determined by the postal

at the time of shipping asking you for the 3
digit code on the back of your CC so that we can charge
your card again for additional postage. In most cases,
the charge is only a few dollars.

SHIPPING TIMES:
In-stock items ship
normally within 2 to 3 business days.
Transit time is usually 2 to 4 days in the continental US. Mail into Canada
can take 4 to 12 days depending on customs and your location. Some
outposts in Canada have been known to take up to 18 days.
We ship via U.S. Mail.
Our email reply to your order will give you an estimated time of
arrival. Backordered items on non-express orders are shipped
no-charge. Returned software shipping charges are almost always non-refundable. Read our return policy
here.
To help us serve you better, please include a "need by" date in the Special
Instructions field of the online order form if you know the lesson date
you need the software for. We recommend you select Express Shipping
if your "need by" date is within 4 business days.
Late August and early September
is our busiest time of the year. It
can take up to 10 days from the time you order to the date of
delivery. Even Express orders during busy times of the year can take an extra day or two to
process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ..."outside of
North America"
We ship via the Postal
Service Only. We do not ship UPS or FedEx unless you have an account
with them.
Shipping times to certain permitted
countries, such as the United Kingdom, can take as much as 20 days via
airmail.
We do not ship to certain
countries and continents. We do not ship to locations where delivery
confirmation is impossible. (We will email you about this).
In the case of a country that we will not ship to, we can ship to a
friend, organization, business, or family member of yours in the USA
--who can then forward the package to your at their expense.
Our order form cannot
calculate international postage for shipping beyond N. America. At the
time you place your order, it will only add N. American postage. Due to
new creditcard security protocols, we can no longer simply "add more" to
your charge on file. Rather, we will have to contact you and ask you
again for the 3 Digit Code on the back of your card.
Thus, it is extremely important that all
international customers provide us with their correct email address, and
look for an email coming from us about their order.
Additional international
postage is determined by the final weight and country of destination.
Usually the postage is only a few dollars more than.
You are responsible for any
import or sales taxes due at the time of receiving.
Sorry. International packages may not
be returned, unless you are a regular customer.
