- Check the number. Do not include spaces between numbers.
- Do not use the +4 zip.
- Check the expiration date.
- Check the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card.
- Check the name on the card
- Check your street address and zipcode.
- Some international street addresses and postal codes do not work in our system. We will email you to complete the order.
- YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS is REQUIRED. If you leave it blank, or type a “,cmm” instead of “.com” the form will fail.
We email every customer within 12 hours of receiving their online order. At that time we will try to correct problems.
If we need to fix a declined CC or add postage, we will need the 3 digit code off the back of your CC so that we can run the card again. That security number is not stored in our system. For more help, email email@example.com or call 614-527-8776.
Current Shipping Charges to US and Canada
The following charge for shipping within the US will automatically be added to your order on the 3rd page of our online order form. In most cases, this postage will be enough for Canadian shipments. However, heavier items to Canada may require additional shipping charges and we will contact you about that before shipping.
We calculate shipping in tiers by the dollar amount of your order.
$1 – $50 order = $7.25 shipping
$51 – $100 order = $9.50 shipping
$101 – $150 order = $11.50 shipping
$151 – $300 order = $14.50 shipping
Over $300 order = $17.50 shipping
We ship via the US Postal Service. By special arrangement, we do sometimes ship to 3rd party shipper billing, such as, using your FedEx account if you generate us the mailing label.
USPS Express Shipping Charges to the continental US:
Qty ‘1’ item = $24; Qty ‘2’ ‘3’ or ‘4’ items = $26; Qty 5, 6, or 7 items = $29; Qty 8+ =$35; Qty 11-15 items =$40;
If you are outside of the U.S. we will likely contact you via email so that we can add an additional international charge for shipping.
Express Shipping and Postage Notes:
The USPS Express Mail Costs are listed on the order form. In some cases, we will Express a package to our Canadian friends, but this often requires a small amount of additional postage. Contact us.
Our Shipping Charge includes both postage and handling.
We do not express ship outside N. America except by prior special arrangement.

International Shipping Costs:

As described on our order form, our form ONLY calculates US and Canadian postage.
If you are outside of North America and place an order using our online form, we will likely need to ADD ADDITIONAL POSTAGE to your charge. The cost is determined at the time of shipping BY WEIGHT, and then we will contact you by email.
All calculated shipping charges are subject to final approval (yours and ours).
To add the additional postage, we will need to ask you for the 3 digit security card off the back of your creditcard, ….so we will be in touch via email.
No additional charges are added without your permission.
Single or two CD packages to places like England or Australia, are often covered by our minimum postage charge.
Sometimes, we may REMOVE the CD from the plastic jewelcase, in order to reduce weight of the package and get you the BEST POSTAL RATE. We hope our international customers understand and accept this practice as a matter of reducing their final bill!
Policies and Returns
We’re a ministry and want you to feel confident about spending money on and teaching with our software. We’re also a business that needs our customers to make informed choices and timely decisions. Therefore, please read all our software descriptions, system requirements, and support helps CAREFULLY. It will save us both a lot of hassle.
If you receive a CD from us and want to return it, you have 14 days to do so to receive a full refund on the software. The CD must be returned in original condition.
If you are having a technical problem, please contact us. In most cases, they are easily solved. We expect our customer to know their equipment and understand that sometimes a piece of software needs some adjustments to run on some computers. Email or call us for personal help.
After 14 days, you can return an unused CD for a 50% credit, up to 60 days from the date of shipping.
“14 Days” is interpreted somewhat liberally as “postmarked from about two weeks after you have received your original shipment”.
Shipping charges and return shipping charges are never refunded unless the shipment was our mistake.
Posters, books and clipart CDs are non-returnable unless defective.
Orders sent outside the US and Canada are not returnable unless defective.
