Christ tells the story about a man who owes his King ten thousand talents to demonstrate that the ability to forgive comes from our Heavenly Father. In the end, the King takes pity and forgives the man of the debt. Ironically, however, the pardoned man leaves the King’s presence and immediately casts one of his own debtors into prison.

Worthy is the Lamb (Holy Week)
Worthy is the Lamb is an accurate account of the last days of Jesus’ ministry. Jesus has been preparing his followers for his death, burial and resurrection. As he tells his disciples of the final days ahead, he discloses that one of them will betray him. All of the disciples are concerned by this accusation from Jesus but don’t seem to notice as Judas leaves. Jesus is greeted with praise and hosannas as He triumphantly enters Jerusalem. The praise of the people is met with hostility and the jealous anger of some of the unscrupulous leaders. After He is betrayed by the kiss of Judas, He endures suffering and crucifixion. But as the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ rises again! All that was written by the Old Testament prophets is accomplished!
He is Risen
The most powerful story of all – from Christ’s heroic sacrificial death on the cross to the glorious joy of the resurrection on Easter, to his miraculous ascension.
Saul of Tarsus, Road to Damascus
Saul is changed forever when the resurrected Lord miraculously appears to him on the Road to Damascus. He becomes reborn as Paul and begins to evangelize for the sake of the Gospel, serving as one of the most influential missionaries in the New Testament. Paul’s conversion on the Road to Damascus is a strong example of the power of Jesus Christ to change lives. This example reminds us that no matter what a person used to be or how great a person’s misdeeds—he can be saved through belief in Christ.
